Mr. Haskins has responsibility for understanding and interacting with HCE's future customers. He is charged with understanding competitive forces and the reasons HCE's process is superior to its competition.

Mr. Haskins was Vice President, Business Development, BNFL Instruments, Ltd. for which he managed their U.S. Department of Energy commercial and electric utility radiometric instrument applications. He was National Accounts Manager, Government Services for Nuclear Fuel Services for which he managed their U.S. Department of Energy Federal Program development. He was Vice President, Advanced Technology Applications, Inc., He was Director of Technology Transfer, Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Inc. He was Senior Marketing Analyst, Babcock & Wilcox Company. He was Manager of Marketing, Flynn & Emrich Foundry. He was Senior Sales Engineer, Lynchburg Foundry Company. He was an Industrial Engineer, The Lane Company, in Altavista, VA.
